Our Annual General Meeting has been set for Sunday, March 4, at the Carlisle Community Hall, 14240-117 Street.
Please come at 1 pm sharp!
Lots of people have ideas about our community and what is needed but things don't just happen. The AGM is open to everyone but you must be a member to vote. We need your thoughts and comments to shape who we are.
Agenda items will include:
- updates on what’s happening in Carlisle
- review of financial statements
- board elections
- quick bylaw amendment
Each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), a volunteer Board of Directors is elected to help operate the Carlisle Community League. Please don't hesitate to suggest yourself for the position on the Board of Directors (see the position descriptions in the left-side menu. Generally, the Board meets once a month to discuss community league plans and activities. There is no renumeration for performing director's duties; however, at the end of your position term, you will be awarded 50 Carlisle points you can use toward any program fees.
